Women play an integral role in the Sentosa family. 36 percent of our workforce are women and some now hold positions in traditionally male dominated roles like security (our Sentosa Rangers), bus captains, life guards, landscape architects and engineers.

Today, 40 percent of Sentosa’s executive leadership are women and are key contributors of the Sentosa story.
