There should be no gender discrimination in any matters. In business as in many other things, capability is of the essence and may the person with the right capabilities climb the corporate ladder.

Men and women often have different perspectives and see things differently and thus a boardroom should be inclusive and should include leaders of both genders and have diverse opinions, inputs culminating in decisions where more views are considered.
