FWA celebrates our 15th anniversary by celebrating women – and the men who help us in our journey. The FWA is a champion of gender diversity & inclusion (D&I) in the workplace. We engage individuals and organisations to recognize the contribution women have been making to the economy, the multiple hats women wear as care-givers and workers, and the importance of unbiased, fair and flexible work practices that support the advancement of women in their careers.
The next step in our journey of promoting D&I is to engage men: men who understand the demands of work and family that women face and are supportive of their pursuit of success on both fronts. We are very proud to announce our male champions in this celebration.
The panel discussion will feature 4 male champions – men in leadership positions, men who are influential in their organisations and who support women succeeding in both their work and life. The panel will discuss the role of men in promoting female talent against caregiving demands, whether gender equality has been achieved in the Singapore workplace and the road ahead in terms of workplace culture and retaining top female talent.
