So why should support for our women not extend beyond the family and home to the workplace and into society at large when women are after all equal stakeholders when viewed from all perspectives? It is quite obvious that everyone is crying out for something more than just cold hard economic growth if that does not bring about happiness in life.

I believe that women would bring that essential complementary perspective for holistic decision and policy making at all levels in all spheres that would help make this a better world for all. That is the perspective of “feelings” beyond cold hard facts – after all the human being is not just logically hardwired but very much a creature with emotions.

Women have the natural giftedness that make them a competent change management agent as they can exude empathy and muster support at the emotional level for a given cause.
